What do I get with a package?
Each package includes credits you can use for 1 year. Use a credit to request verification so your listing can appear first. You can send listings for review without a package.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can buy another package anytime. Unused listing credits from your current package stay available and add up with the new ones.
How does payment work?
Payments run through Wompi, a Colombian payment provider. Sign in as a seller, choose a plan, and complete checkout in the secure payment window.
Will I receive an invoice?
You'll get a payment confirmation when checkout completes. We do not send an electronic invoice yet.
What if my listing or package expires?
Unused credits expire after 1 year. Verified status lasts one calendar month from the day we approve it. After that, the listing can stay public, but it loses the verified boost. Renew from your dashboard or pricing — we do not charge your card automatically.
Do agencies have custom options?
